That could be worth a try. Press the inhibit switch when it goes to the wrong height, then press the desired height and when all stable switch the inhibit switch back off. Should stay there.

Thanks again this is something to try and see if it will at least stop it going to extened and locking up, however NOt the final answer / fix to get it working as it should :confused:
Press the inhibit switch, drop it to motorway height and leave the inhibit switch pressed. I run mine like that all the time otherwise the car is up and down like a fiddlers elbow on my run into town achieving nothing but extra pump wear.
