Oh I fully intend to take a great amount of notice of @Datatek and anyone else, best way to learn anything.

If you remover the eas delay relay under the passenger seat it will not self level and will show if a bag is leaking that corner will drop

+1. Rules out the bags at least.

Failure to go full height, certainly quickly, can be compressor wear. @kurtjohnson10 sorted me out a brilliant kit of parts for Otto. The new airhose was vital as the old one had split lengthwise, and even without that the output was weak.
That overhaul plus 4 new airbags has transformed the ride and handling. 3 new compressor mounts sorted the droning noise.
He very occasionally hunts for height or dances gently at traffic lights, but sorting some blocks and resetting the sensors should clear that.
