My car refuses to move from bump stops. I have RSW software but this just produces a long list of faults. I am tempted to pay $187 for the latest V4 software. Has anyone tried it? The blurb says it's much more effective than V3.

I have just had 4 new height sensors fitted but the garage couldn't reset the suspension and neither can I.

Have owned the car for 3-4 years and has been working OK with a few problems.

I look forward to hearing from someone.

A long list of faults means there is no communication with the diagnostics. You should have a green "Good Idle" button before you read the faults. V4 will not help. Check the OBD connector for corrosion front and back, that is often the cause of no comms.

What was the need for the 4 new Ht sensors?
I suspect some other problem;)

But as above, and abover.
There is a great guide to use in the tech bit to guide you through checking the system.

I have used the free RSW (guess thats what you refer to) and find it fine.

Oh Welcome to :).

Several points for eithe Free or V4 EAS Unlock:

1) Make sure your USB-Serial cable is FTDI, and not Prolific.
2) Windoze does sometimes overwrite the driver, so make sure you remove the win driver, and install the FTDI driver.
3) As said above make sure diagnostic connector and the left footwell connectors are free of corrosion, plus check the copper wires in the crimps.

Then try EAS Unlock again.

Prolific works fine on XP but is not supported on Win 10 so has to be FTDI.
The white connectors in the left side footwell are a good call.

Four new sensors? Obviously the garage hadn't a clue what they were doing and just chucked parts at it.
