Hi all

not been on here in a while as my rangey has been behaving for a change.

it's that eas problem time of year now, it's been struggling for a while so i decided to install some manual valves to inflate the system myself which will give me time to strip the other parts and service them as needed, when i get time.

i fitted the valves today and only seem to get two of them to inflate, i checked the valves themselves which are working fine.

my question is, does anyone know where there is a picture of the valveblock indicating which pipe does what ? the instructions i followed gave colour coding on all the different pipes, however, only two of mine were colour coded. so i guessed at the four pipes which are grouped together and fitted the valves.

if i can see it on a picture then i can double check i have fitted them right.

also i was under the impression the system ran at about 150psi, my local forecourt air supply only goes up to 60 !!

is it really 150 psi i need ? and how do i get that , could i get a little compressor to pump up to that level ?

any help much appreciated

thanks in advance

System runs at 140 psi but there is nothing like that in the airbags. Your forecourt air line will be fine.

thanks wammers

i thought that seemed a lot. i've stuck 60 in all round. looks a bit higher than usual but i suppose it'll leak out over a few weeks while a do my other jobs.

all pumped up again and riding nicely.

time to strip my pump down now and start refurbishing !
