Hi all. Now I have done countless research into my issue and it seems unique to mine lol
ok its a 2006 td6 vogue 90000 miles one owner full history never been any trouble until lol
suspension fault normal ride height only. Then the air suspension inactive max speed 30 mph.
Now I know what everyone is thinking lol compressor.
Ok here's the symptoms. Start car all is ok car lifts and drops all heights. Drive car 1st fault then maybe or maybe not the second one. Now when this happens these faults are on EAS.
C109a pressure sensor signal
C1131 air supply
c1a07 cross articulation
C1A20 pressure increase too slow when filling reservoir
now is when things get weird if I do nothing an carry on driving it clears all faults and the suspension is ok then it starts again.
I have replaced compressor to eliminate the biggest cost. I have checked then checked again for leaks non found. Have done the air dryer and all is ok there too.
there are many posts about suspension failure but none seems to be persistently intermittermitant like mine. I'm in North Norfolk if there are any experts out there who could shed some light or advice. I refuse to pay main dealer prices so they are out of question

Have read it brilliant thread lots of relevant information. Prob I have is not enough regular access to diagnostics. Or time lol as I work away. I'm not new to rr ownership but first time at DIY lol don't get me wrong am very capable mechanic. Was just hoping for something definitive lol as fault is regular but self fixing too

Buy yourself an Allcomms or if you are rich, a Faultmate/Nanocom.

Checked the allcoms and it's up to 2005 mine is later model sounds tight but didn't really want the expense of buying lol

I do have access to all diagnostics I think in my main post I was more looking for an answer on what my fault codes mean in a more in depth manner. I have the use of full workshop facilities but only at limited times due to work commitments. Saying that the response on here is excellent

As per Datateks post, rs2000custom had similar and it was the valve block and not the compressor.....

Would be a good place to start if the compressor has been changed, the cross link valves checked and there are no leaks.
