P38A EAS Compressor Plug & Socket

The other day my suspension failed to pump up. Nanocom showed no faults, and pump running, but when i checked the pump it was off. Not the usual thermal switch or relay fault. Found the plug & socket on the pump wiring loom was severely burnt. Guess the spade connections must have been loose for while.

So temporary fix was to replace with regular 6.3mm spade terminals & my spare compressor.

Eventually found what looks like the correct connector on AliExpress, so I ordered 5 pairs. If they actually are correct there might be a few spare going in case anyone has the same problem.

Yes tried to find the right AMP connector on RS but they don’t have it.

The copy ones are not plated and heat up quick

Hi Pete,
