When I was selling high value machines, clothes pegs and lucky heather years ago, the first rule was never knock the competition otherwise you will dig a big hole for yourself.
It appears that what we have here is a business with all the overheads versus someone who is doing a favour to people for little profit.
Whilst I can sympathise with the business, at the end of the day it comes down to which one offers the most attractive deal to the end user with support if needed.
