E.T.C.Sensor

Hi, Has anyone encountered any problems locating and changing the ETC Sensor on a P38 .4.6 v8.
Iv'e been advised to change this sensor as this could be part of my poor running and possibly heavy fuel use. I have a black sensor at the front of the plenum housing and a green sensor on the thermostat outlet close by... Am i right to go for the black one???

Any advice would be appreciated

Welcome to the forum, you might get a better response asking in the range rover section, the last p38 I had lasted less than a fortnight before I scrapped it

No worries, owning a range rover I'd have thought you'd get your butler or other member of staff to look into it

Can't afford a butler mate not after the last bill from the dealership that did the last repair...... That's why iv'e become a member of the site...
