Hello I have a TD4 Freelander 1 54 plate, and I'm going to Belgium next week, Is there any way that I can adjust the headlights or do I need blackout strippy things.

blackout strippy things I'm afraid. BUT, part no STC7918 are a pair of clip-on acrylic headlight covers with the blackout strippy things etched on already in the right place. might be worth a search on ebay, or try paddocks or rimmer bros or duckworths

Or just use the switch to lower the beams and carry on regardless.
I've never had a problem.
