Drivers seat height adjustment

sorry its me again , the pain .
are you able to get a drivers seat for the FL that has height adjustment please, as my wife is only 4'11".
She had a go in it the other day and loved it, but bless her she had to use a cushion, :lol:

sadly tis what it is, there was never a height adjustable version.

Booster seat

now a booster seat would be a good idea, but im not going to tell her.

im not that brave, but will get a decent cushion .

looked at the discovery seats and some are height adjustable but i imagine there would be no way to fit into a FL

at least if she robs the keys i can take her baby erm cushion away,lolol

my little fox must be 5'6" or a bit more and she finds it hard to reach the peddles when she has to move my heap.

Assuming your not 6'6" yourself........Could you raise the seat with some channel/brackets fitted under the seat mounts? It'll need to be done properly though.

Does she place the pillow behind her to get her feet on the pedals?
Or under her to lift to see over the dash?

Well I'm the same height and I have no trouble what so ever, although I do wish it was height adjustable. My old car (BMW 3 series) had a height adjustable seat and I miss it.

It shouldn't be difficult for people to reach the peddles, even if they're a midget. The seat will go very very far forward. Seeing over the bonnet is another thing though...

Think this could probably be done to raise the seat. I've got the opposite problem & wanted to lower mine by a couple of inches. Sadly both seat runners sit at different heights due to transmission tunnel intrusion so I couldn't just fit in another seat from say a BMW with self contained runners & adjustment. Decided just to live with it & put up though it's a pain at traffic lights having to crouch down a bit.
