drivers door stuck

anyone help?
my drivers door will not open from inside or outside with either key or fob.
i think the latch has seized. any ideas how to get it open?

There have been a few threads on this problem recently, if you search you should be able to find them. Not all on the drivers door though, usually the tailgate door.
