I'm getting a small leak from the oil pressure switch on my 300tdi def. I have acquired a washer to replace the one on the switch that I assume is worn. Given the position of the switch in relation to the sump I assume I wouldn't have to drain the oil before taking out the switch. Am I correct in this assumption. Would oil be pouring out or would I lose just a little when the switch is removed?

no need to drain some oil will leak out but you cant help that
