Double roof / roof tent ?

Hello!

In this post: landroverclub.com.ar :: Ver tema - ¿Británicos? en Junín , a brit Defender is shown, visiting our land.

It called my attention the roof: I suppose that this particular one has a double roof that the owner can open up and a tent is inside, ready to be used (in a similar way to the old Volkswagen Westfalia).
Is that correct?
Where can that conversion be done?
Anyone can submit photos that show in detail the arrangement?

I dont know much about them, but a company called Ex Tec in Germany make and fit them.
