Hi all. Anyone breaking a 300 tdi disco. What I'm after is the drivers side front door speaker backing plate. Having no look trying to get one .

Backing plate? Do u have the part number. Ive never seen one and its not shown in this link https://parts.landroverwestchester....discovery--se--4-0l-v8-gas/body--sound-system

there wasn't a backing plate other than the door it self

Ok, BTR8716LNF cover front door speaker, for the drivers side.
Just found out they are obsolete which is not surprising, and I binned both of them at the end of last year.

It is, I had them for a few years in the garage so collecting dust, and could be bothered to put them eBay.

Have found some on eBay. If the guy will sell them without the door cards .fingers crossed
