I did move the Captive nuts that clip on to bulkhead as far towards the tub side as they would move, but is there another way to move it that way on hinge. probably have about 12 mil gap on top. going down to about 6 to 7 at bottom would like top halved.
Well Finally got it Nearly there but its good enough for me, moved the Bulkhead and added another spacer to bracket then another washer to Bolt.
