As a general rule of thumb with these bulbs, the bluer the glass is, the whiter, and thus perceptually brighter the light is. So you are looking for something like:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/H7-H4-H1...583992?hash=item1ef57c50f8:g:xn8AAOSwAn9c1Mt3
Which is seven quid for a pair of blue tinted H4 100w bulbs from a UK seller. If you wait on Chinese sellers you can get a pair of very similar bulbs for about two and a half quid:

Well the spray is very precise out of the can ...but do you see the tape around is just to prevent go out of the desire place.
On the fabric you can spray over a table and then clean it once its dry.
As long two half's don't go together the glues gets out fairly easy
Cheers,I will buy tomorrow glue then hopefully next week the adventure begins

You will be fine.
Don't forget cut a bit bigger than the surface you want to cover. So you can play with it.
Get someone to help you laying it on the surface. Its very hard single handed once the glue is there.
YOU WILL BE FINE

Hi,noticed your getting your door cards done.
I've done mine on freelander 1 phase 1,easy to do as long as you cut fabric over what you need, the only hard bit is getting it in the grooves, flat head screw driver is best to use once you have cut it to right size.good luck.

I've used one of the plastic tools for car trim to push the fabric in and then you can use electric wire to make it look better, if you use a screw driver you will rip the vinyl. and always cut a bit bigger than the mold. because those where install there using vacuum.
Marksparky your doors are great.
