Door card fabric replacement freelander 1 phase 1 td4

Hi all,new here,
I have a freelander 1 phase 1 and would like to replace the fabric on the door cards but just wondering how to do it right.
I know I have to take door card off but does the fabric come off itself or do I template over existing fabric and cut to size then glue over it or removal if poss.
Any thoughts cheers
