Does New Oil Age

Found a new 2.5litre can of Duckhams Hypoid 80 gear oil in the depths of my shed, must have been there for quite a few years

Does new oil age/degrade ? it certainly looks okay

Would it be OK to use in the diffs or swivel joints + my manual gearbox

It'll be fine for diffs.
Use one-shot for swivels.
May be OK for gearbox - depends which version you've got.

It seems the LT77 and R380 both need Automatic gearbox oil,

will be fine in the transfer gearbox.
