Just bought my first Land Rover (A 110 Station Wagon County from 1985).
In 1999 it was converted from a V8 into a diesel. I guess it still has the LT95 gearbox in place. I think so because I think de gear handles are the original ones (One very long stick and the low-high gear handle under the drivers seat)
According to the seller the diesel engine is a Mitsubishi. I couldn't find anything on the internet to confirm that. I have viewed hundreds of sites and images to find the same engine. But without success
With the attached pictures, does anyone recognize the engine? If so, please tell me what brand and type number it is.
It would be very helpful for me to find a service manual or -instructions!
Or even better.......... does anyone have the same engine???
Thank you very much!
