Remember NOT to "fill" the header tank because when it heats up and the coolant expands, it WILL throw out the excess.
On trhe header tank should be a fill level line. There may be two lines,
FULL HOT
and
FULL COLD
Either way it leaves a good space above the coolant for AIR, which compresses as the coolant expands, and expands as the coolant contacts.
If this is right the coolant won't (should not!) get high enough to spill out.
