Hi guys
That time has come after 115K that the clutch has started to slip. Cash is a bit tight and time is not a problem (I don't need it until the end of Feb) so i'm considering doing it myself. I have done clutches and gearboxes on other cars using basic tools on the drive. What do you think - worth a go?
If I have got this right the brief order (according to haynes manual) should be:-

- Remove Wheels
- Drain Gearbox and IRD
- Remove drive shafts
- Remove IRD (requires front section of exhaust off)
- Drop Engine and gearbox approx 50mm
- Remove gearbox (lower on trolley jack as I don't have a hoist)
- Bingo!
- Does the lower subframe need removing
- Do i need to split the outer end of the hubs are can they be withdrawn whole
