disCs all round on a 90?

hi all,

waiting for some abuse for being as ignorant as f**k on this subject.

but, can you change the back brakes on a 1989 90 2.5td to disks, and if so what do you need to get to do so.

disco axles are cheap as chips , no ratty thats not an invitation to nibble axles
