No choice - couldnt get anyone local to bend it for me, bit I dont think it has come out too bad. Will post pic later of steering rod end.
It is all still a work in progress.

Milling cutter would do it, but I haven't one of the correct size.

Yu don't actually need slots - just I want it to fit both my standard and my hd steering rod, hence I need it to fit 2 different dia rods.
