Hi i'm a newbie to the site and have very kindly been redirected here to see if anyone can answer my query. Just bought a Discovery (55 plate) and within 3 weeks of me owning it it has developed a really annoying locking issue. It began when I initially opened the boot but has since decided to happen intermittently and when ever the bloody hell it likes now! It's the driver's door that refuses to lock - all the others lock fine. I have spoken to a couple of garages and one says it is a 'sticky lock catch - common fault on Landys' whilst another says I need a complete drivers door locking system!! The earliest appointment with a garage I can get is in two weeks so does anybody have any ideas what I can do to lock the vehicle if/when it happens again????
