Mark W did it fail its mot? and you are doing the work now because I'm sure you need to leave the welds exposed for inspection otherise that can fail it I could be wrong but it stops chicken ****e being passed off as weld

I look at these pictures and admire your commitment.

I have fallen victim to a degree this month. Brought a 200 Tdi 3 door with 10 months MOT just to get home and notice the boot floor, sills, light panels and rear cross member are rotten followed by a slipping clutch.

I am not stupid but must have had a bad day when buying the bloody thing.
