Discovery 2 coolant leak

Hi, newish owner of a Land Rover Discovery 2 2000 pre facelift. First post on here after looking for a similar thread.

I have a coolant leakage. After checking in the Haynes manual, the leak is coming from beside the coolant pump cover.
At first I thought it was a screw loose, but it appears there is a hole in the photo also.

I wonder if this is just a sign that just the O-rings need replacing? Or something more to it?

TBH, as it is such a pain to get to, (I did my pump a year or two ago) I'd simply replace the pump.
You don't have to take quite as much stuff off as is said in manuals, but it is more time consuming than difficult.
