So my disco is gonna be up for sale as soon as my Td5 is fixed probably in a few weeks time so you have time to come and see it as im no hurry as im still using it.
So its a 1995 300tdi auto with 218k on the clock but saying that its the most reliable car ive ever owned it never fails to start, and ive owned it for 7 yrs ive done alot of off roading in it and its been great so the paintwork is a little flat but ive painted it with the right basecoat colour so its not all scratched up as its my daily driver, its a little sluggish when cold for a couple of mins but fine when warmed up, auto box works well and changes as it should, the high and low box and diff locks all work, its fitted with a tubular winch bumper and winch which is working but only winches in, i did fit a new solenoid but that didnt fix it, its probably a simple wiring fault and it has a remote which works, steering guard fitted, ive boxed the sills and it has rock sliders, its on some chunky tyres but they are quite cracked but there is a good set of BFG muds on rims to go with it, it has a working CB with a thunderpole ariel on the winch bumper, A good cd player with usb input for ipods or charging phones, I fitted a heavy duty battery a few yrs ago, a new power steering pump was fitted a year or so ago, i have the origional front bumper if you want it, its got 30mm spacers all round its been EGR blanked, the front seats arent great but i have a good pair to go with it, it had big spots on the front but im keeping them so its already wired to work off the full beam and flashers, it runs on oil in the summer with no problems, Its been a fantasticly reliable landy and i will be sad to see her go but i havent been off roading for a couple of yrs and i dont need two lol.
With all the kit on it im looking for around £1000 ovno if you want to know anything else just ask, Just went to check the MOT and it expired a few days a go, opps, so it will have a yrs mot aswell lol
