Ask as many as you like mate, thats why most of us are here, to ask, cuz we know f**k all.....

One blanking plate, placed at the manifold side to stop the gas from coming down pipe into valve. Took 5 minutes to do, but make sure you soak the nuts in wd40 first, mine were pretty easy after a good soaking.

always soak your nuts. you know it makes sense.

l3on, had a PSI Powerbox http://www.dieselchiptuning.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=43&products_id=736. This altered the car immeasurably, and then about a week later the intercooler arrived.
After fitting that it felt as if the throttle response or perhaps the turbo was more instant.
Job to put my finger on it, but it felt more responsive than just with the chip and K&N.
