disco td5 rear doors won't open from outside

Hi again guy again another fault I'm trying to fix on my disco td5 ....
When I unlock with the fob all doors unlock okay and all tabs on all doors pop back up and down when unlocking etc .. can open all doors from the inside . But..... The rear passenger door won't open from the outside ... I have to lean in and unlock from the inside to let people in .. is the mechanism nackered or could It have just come off some sort of catch etc ?

in attachment remove the handle and make sure it's not unhooked or broken or something

Getting really confusing now .. The door in question will lock with the key but to open it I have to do it manually inside ... If I open both back doors it won't lock with them open but the opsosite side will lock ! :/
