Update,
I went and tried your suggestion SF, changing the Alarm to NOT FITTED and the Passive immobiliser to DISABLED and found the red dash light still flashed Thus the car would not start.
It looks like Nanocom has a different way to the Hawkeyes way to disable the Alarm.
So it looks like changing the 3 items mentioned above is the way it works using a nanocom. Why it has to be different? who knows.
