Disco parts in Essex

Does anyone know of any places in Essex to get parts at a reasonable price, only asking as just as we were about to drive down to the south coast last weekend I noticed an oil leak from the front camshaft oil seal and the only parts place I knew was in Heybridge and having no time to buy online I had to buy one from there and came out feeling that I had been mugged over £16 and not even genuine LR.
