Disco 1 DISCO 300TDI MANUAL AXLE AND TRANSFER BOX OIL?

GL4 90 is what’s stated in your owners hand book. If u wish to use a multi-grade oil then either 75w90 or 80w90 will do.
 
It seesm that what's in the owner's handbook is different than what's in the WSM then :cool:

GL-4 SAE90 is what my RR left the factory with, and was still used for the 11 years I had it and serviced by the dealer, the same for the disco for the first five years of dealer servicing, then came my DIY servicing, and using multi grade so GL-4 75w90 or 80w90 various brands of course Comma being one. No issues with both vehicles in the 32 years of ownership :)

Just to add you may need a bit more than 5 litres if you doing both diffs and the T box, my diffs we’re taking a bit more that the 1.7 litre as stated in my handbook possibly near 2 litres to overflow the filling hole.
