Disco 2 suspension plip

Ive found some of these plips for sale in america same part number as uk at a much better price than here, Would there be any difference in em because they're american? as in would they still work with our landies?

Another alternative (disclosure of small commercial interest I suppose ;-)

Would be one of the SLS kits I mentioned on another thread £30 which gives you a wired switch.
Coupled with one of these:

12V Fixed Encoding Remote Control Switch Control 2Road | eBay

if you need it to be remotely controlled....

Ive followed your threads, I dont need one for myself but found the plips at a great price in america but if they're a difference frequency they're no good for the uk models.

Perhaps a little harsh, but I take your point :flame:

You're not the first to see the cheaper UK ones.

I think the problem is they mark them as 'export', and people think it's a good thing, like Export strength lager ;-)

Sadly the frequencies don't match the receivers fitted to the UK cars. Whether the plips can be modified (or whether if they can, it's cost effective) I don't know without having the two on a bench ;-)
