I have a split return pipe from the fuel regulator. Having looked at the videos of its removal, which I don't need to do, is there any reason why the top pipe cannot be removed at the regulator giving easier access to the return pipe nut?

If it's of any help to anyone, I bit the bullet, removed the sensor switch to give me room, removed both pipes at their union with the fuel regulator and replaced the lower return pipe. All back together.

Oh whoops!
hope you have recovered them safely. :(
No, they are still in France! We have just moved house so can't get back until later this month. Luckily SWMBO had her keys when we got here (to the old house). She's not pleased that her spare Peugeot key is in France! It's our old house keys so they aren't really important.

I'm using the spare Disco key which seems to have a transponder issue. It's fine about 4 out of 5 times, then it cranks but doesn't start unless unlock is pressed, so I have been starting it immediately after unlocking with the fob. I've just got a new fob but need to program it with the Nanocom when I can find time. If the current fob dies I'm in trouble!

Enjoy France!

I have a similar fault with my Disco and have had it for ages. I simply start the car soon after unlocking it, or press the unlock button on the fob then start it quickly. But mine doesn't even crank, the little red blinking light comes on until I repress the fob.
It may be that you have some other problem, hate to say it.
@sierrafery will probably know.

It is hard to enjoy France now the weather has changed and we are having to plan for going back, sort out what we will be bringing with us, no cheese or meat now, GRRR!
Glad you had spares for everything!

Agreed regarding cheese etc!

The non starting thing has put in an appearance every 18 months or so. Always the same, the engine runs for 1/2 a second, as per the WSM, then cranks but doesn't start until unlock is pressed. A couple on this forum have mentioned it too. Too random to track down. Maybe there is a difference in engine ECUs, mine is a 16P and I believe yours is a 10P. The BCU seems to think it is mobilised, but the engine ECU thinks it's immobilised.

If I have time I may investigate further.
