disco 2 ES 2003 driver seat removal

Hello again guys

I need to do some repairs on the drives seat as the stitching has come away and if I don't jump on it it will be in a right state very soon. I Have removed the side plastic panel and unclipped the front and side to see if I can pull it up and over enough to get to the part I need to but unfortunately I cant so I think I need to get the seat out all together. I have had a look on line etc but I am only able to find info for the older disco's 1, mine is a 2003 ES heated and all electric etc.

Can someone please point me in the direction to some relevant info or explain on this thread how I should go about it.

You need a big Torx bit to undo the bolts and one of them will just spin because it goes all the way through the floor with a nut on the end that needs to be held with a spanner.

Hi, so do you leave the runners etc all still attached to the floor or does everything all come out, sorry if this is a stupid question, what i need is a spider diagram or something visual to look at, I am still very much a beginner. Thanks again.
