Disco 1 c post trim

1997 disco. Anyone know how to remove the vertical black trim on the outside of the c post please? Is it just pushed on or do I need access from behind?

Reckon it might be just held on with double sided tape or something like Sikaflex.

It’s held on with 3 nuts from inside
