my Disco is getting better, now that I have got the doors and windows working and fitted new swivels and bearings and fixed the coolant leaks and fitted a new heater/blower. Also the interior is looking fresh after I have gutted it back to the metal work cleaned all the trim and refitted it.
It has fire style wheels on spacers with 265's on the front they just rub the huge front trailing arms - which I can live with but the rear wheels are reglularly hitting the wheel arch.
I reckon I have 2 options - lift it - but I dont really need the extra height and my guests struggle to get in it any way, plus I dont want to compromrise road stability any more.
OR cut the arches and fit plastic arches - its only the rear that is a problem when I have 5 people in the back!
