Disco 04 m and s lights on when wet

Hi can anyone help I have a 04 disco auto. The m and s lights coming on only when it’s been raining or the roads are wet. I’ve had a new genuine xyz switch fitted but still goes into limp. I also have a faulty front wheel sensor and was wondering would that put it into limp.

If it's a td5 auto check behind the clip on the side of the transfer box or any where it could have rubbed through the wiring loom and the wet is shorting it to the box causing the fault
