Ive had this thing for a over a year & its a kick in the balls at every turn
Mechanical wise everything is new but it was fitted just to sell it & it was a non runner.
The body work from the last owner is the worst ive seen.
He filled in the line along the rear quarters doors & wings with cataloy smoothed the line down the rear
quarters & bonded the extended arches to the body work & it was cracking so I set about taking it all
out (not quite there yet) & I bought a donor D1 for parts,I decided to sand down the roof as I was going to re-paint the whole motor.
I noticed blisters in the paint before I started so decided to get a hammer n chisel into it as you do
I did know the sunroofs had been blanked off but ffs a piece of metal has been tacked in & the gaps filled in with filler now if had enough ive lost interest in it & I do not have the time to spare on it I could have
had it rubbed down this week & painted for next
Its got loads of nice bits though
