Freelander 1 Disappearing Threads

I have noticed that a thread I posted yesterday has gone - and there are no threads on here from yesterday, and also I couldnt get onto the site earlier - has there been a problem with the site?

No biggie, and I managed to resolve the issue I was having (well my neighbour did with a big hammer) - just being nosy really...

There was an issue as I couldn't get on here this morning.

The site has had quite a few issues by the looks of it.

I would imagine that the guys that look after it have had to restore to a backup - which I believe are taken each night UK time (cos the system goes down for a couple of minutes each afternoon here ).

This is from Admin on the subject.

Server chucked a wobbly and the whole site was unrepairable. Recovered from yesterday mornings backup. Anything posted yesterday didn't actually happen.
At least the backup system works!
