Disco 2 Difference between standard and +2" lift shock?

currently putting my disco 2 back to standard from +2 inch lift
on the right is a standard shock absorber, on the left is the +2 inch...

is it just me or does that not look right????
@accyroy is currently trying to find out if we got the wrong parts but I thought I'd ask you lot what you think
is that what two inches looks like????????????????????

I assume the shock on the right is not a gas shock and is just not extended.

One on the left is a gas shock so will try to go full extension. The one on the right is oil filled and isn’t pressurised.

As above, both are oil filled but one has an anti- foaming gas pocket therefore extends fully on its own, and will pull down to match the black standard one or there about, so pull it open open the standard item to check the difference or close the gas item.
