bloody things !!! only got changed 12 months ago, gone again.

does the prop shaft have to come off to change them?

no I used to be under the impression you had to lower the sub frame, which I used to do, but no all you do is undo all three and take them off and this will allow you to take the back one off then put the others back on, there is a thread on here some where

No prop does not need to be removed, just prepare for a fiddle, but put oem ones on, cheap ones are not an option!!

i think cheap are what were fitted less than 12 months ago, hence I am changing the bloody things again !!!

Also premature failure of diff mounts can be attributed to the VCU being stiff. It's worth doing the OWUT to check

Yes cut the old ones out easy, and insert the new poly ones even easier as they come in to parts which you push in from either side.

Diff mounts won't change the ride. They will transfer a bit more diff noise through to the body though. This noise easily reduced by adding some extra sound proofing to the rear of the vehicle

I had the poly bushes fitted in the summer, can't say that I have noticed much difference TBH.
