Diff lock stuck, levers free

Hi all
I've read the advice in here about diff locks being stuck and followed all the advice about freeing the levers off and jacking up one wheel and engaging / disengaging diff lock. High / Low box works fine. but I can't get the damn thing to come out of diff lock. I've tried raunching it into and out of forward and reverse.
Engaging and disengaging diff lock at low speed and even tried bouncing it off a kerb and driving across speed ramps real quick to try and free it off. All no good, still stuck. I've already blown a diff so now running with the front prop off so I don't trash another one!
Any ideas/advice as to how I can free it off? Do I go into the tranfer box? If so, where's the best place, from the prop coupling or the access cover on the side?

from other postings in various places i believe a good method to free a stuck difflock is to drive in reverse for a fair distance.Obviously in safe conditions. Worth a try

that won't free up a set of under-used, gooed up levers

Thanks for advice but I've tried that and no luck.
And the levers are completely goo free and really well lubed .
So I'm still stuck, any advance??

Have you actually checked the diff is locked? Could be the light or associated circuitry thats at fault...

As you've taken the front prop off already, just get under the car and try turning the flange on the front of the transfer box, it shouldn't turn if the diff is actually locked - if it does, start looking at the switch and wiring

It's definitely locked, front prop out flange won't turn. No idea where the light even is on the dash/console!! It's never come on when I've been in diff lock so I assume it either dioesn't work or doesn't exist?
