On my P38 when i put my foot hard down to pull away fast i get a kind of "clicking" noise from the transfer box. Is this the diff lock coming in ??
Diff Lock noise or not ??

More likely to be the chain in the transfer box slapping against the casing - they do tend to stretch a bit and get slack

come to think of it the chain may be jumping, sounds like it is..
