What are you drinking? You mean the quantity servo potentiometer how can you mistake that for an accumulator? Quotes from Rave are in most cases better than quotes from the Noddy and Big Ears auto repair manual.

Sorry about you being dyslexic. But if your predictive text device is transposing Accumulator when you try to write potentiometer think you need a new one.

It was fine until I changed the injector pipes that run between each injector

Seems like a clue .. what you done wrong?
Re-check everything you did, take 'em off again and replace 'em again .. but do it carefully and properly!

+1 and check the MAP pipe under inlet manifold to make sure it has not split or come off

MAP pipe goes from underside of the front of intake manifold to a small box bolted on the fuel filter housing (next to EAS box).
