Yeah it could to with a wash under there. Working underneath it getting clumps of dry mud in my eyes, ears, mouth isn't great but it's only mud I guess.
He's probs mates with @gstuart & gone to sulk in a corner !!
Tried pumping for 2mins, nothing happened. There doesn't seem to be any resistants what so ever on the lever
Will it be enough to turn the engine by the key or do I have to get to the crank pulley? How can the pumps go just like that . One day it works next day it doesn't

Ok well it's got a little resistance now but not a lot I've been pumping with my finger over the end but nothing. Does this mean it's had it and to get new pump and try again?
There is a bloke round the corner who has a few parts lying around...
Best get replacing the lift pump!
