removed a connector to try to get a better grip. watch out for little bits & a copper washer

still unable to undo that 1 torx even grips would not move it.
So centre bolt has a copper washer and the other main nut needs a special tool.

Looking at where your leak is could be where the 2 faces meet. As special tools are needed I would send off

Spot on Mate Thanks for taking the time to do that. it makes sense of what I need to get at now.
How long are these bolts I have circled ? do they go right through and hold that big square bit in ?

Think there was 4 bolts holding the bracket on + 2 bolts also into the pump.
Even when I took all the bolts out nothing moved. Unsure if it’s seized together.

Just an update on this. Not had time to try anything yet bloody boiler packed up at home had to get new one.
Anyway just really putting up with it for now as the leak is really not that bad, cant really afford to take it off and send it to be fixed yet.
Think my cheapest option if worst comes to worst is to take pump off my 300tdi spare parts Disco , then again its one of those electric thingy ones so not sure if it will do.
Got a pic of it somewhere will post it up.
