Thats what i do for checking slack in the driveline anyway. turn them in opposite directions and feel/listen for slack/play.

Is the alternator a standard 45A one?

Im in for all this and maybe some of what else you have. Im back from work on thursday. Could i come over then for a look at everything?

Will definitely take snorkel and am 99% on the transfer and alt, unless its not as described.

Sorry havent been on to check the posts ,ive possibly got the locks but the door lock was different to my "p" reg disco so im thinking they are 200 tdi type (crossover year)
I havent weighed it in yet ,as VOSA took my trailer off the road :eek:

When its got a new tyre , new hitch damper and working lights ill cart it away

In the mean time aanything that isnt metal is Free to collector ,the dash is still pretty complete ,full interior ,all glass , bumper ends the list goes on ;)

No worries. Id give you a fair price posted for the indicator stalk and relay assuming its the amr 4873 one in the panel under the dash? Pm me a price if thats possible
