Diahatsu F20 carb

Hi, All,

My elderly F20 needs a replacement carb. There's no chance of getting a
Diahatsu replacement, so, does anybody know of any other make that would
just drop on and work? The rest of the vehicle seems to be reasonaly
interchangable with all sorts of other stuff, Landrover master cylinders,
Toyota engine parts, etc, so I'm hoping that the same applies to the
carburettor!

Is there a forum that deals with these very capable little 4x4's anywhere
that I should be bothering rather than this group?

Sorry, can't help with the carb. You may get some luck with the forums
on www.difflock.com. I know they have a Lada and forum so they may well
have a dihatsu one too, or you may find someone with junk to clear who has
one.
