Hi Guys, my diagnostic plug has just stopped working today but it was fine a couple of days ago, checked the 5 amp fuse and it's ok so has anybody got any ideas as to why. I may pop it out tomorrow and check the connections to see if any are damaged, it worked when I ran a EAS fault 4 days ago, but that was a bad connection on the main large black connection. So a pointer would be great from you. Thanks.

Check the plug, front and back for corrosion, have you got power at pin 16 and ground at pins 4&5.if no power at 16 then there is a brown wire from the yellow plug on the bottom of the fuse box which runs to the big round connector under the header tank, from there it. Passes through the bulkhead, under the heater to the obd socket.good luck
